The argument, these players worked well for Rafa and Bruce etc is nonsense. A championship defender (at best in Lascelles and Clark) is bound to be shitter at the back end of their careers as opposed to when they were younger.

How many teams do you think are relying on players they signed in 2014?

Pep could easily get Schafer and Fernandez playing well. Clark is a no hoper but your fat messiah is to blame for that signing and Lescelles was the best thing since sliced bread according to many mags.
