Not sure exactly where they live. I have no way to explore that avenue.
Higher intelligence than us? I'd say many animals have higher intelligence than us, never mind whatever may be aside that in terms of something alien to us.

They could well be the overlords.
It's about dismantling the human pyramid of authority to see what's at the top by taking away what's at the bottom and dropping it to bottom level, or collapsing it, rather than trying to get to the top by climbing it.

As I said, simply a Conspiracy Theorist. Only instead of going for one of the obvious ones (JFK/Pizzagate/Moon Landings/Roswell/Diana's 'Murder'/Subliminal Advertising/Big Pharma) he's gone all in on 'controllers'. Absolute loon.

If vibration is divided by friction then reducing friction will reduce energy.

Ahhhh, you define intelligence in terms of knocking up a vaccine or a motor car.

Let's go a little bit farther back to that.
Do you know of any insects/animals that are ready for life as soon as they're born.
Look at nature. Look at what sick animals and insects do to cater for their own natural immunity. It's called sampling the Earth's natural resources.

What do we do?
We make it illegal unless we get it via a pharmaceutical outlet.
I'd say we aren't as intelligent as we like to think.

The average person is a mimic and would struggle to survive in a natural world.
It depends on how intelligence is defined and by who.

A person with 10 certificates against someone with none. Who's more intelligent if the person with none is a nature living person who understand what's around them against the certificate to regurgitate what was put into the mind by someone else who also had the very same thing put into their mind.

The real intelligence is the ability to understand nature as it's traversed through.

So the development of natural, homeopathic cures, poultices, penicillin etc. etc. are not examples of humans sampling the earth's natural resources when they're sick? Every single argument you bring to table on a now range of topics is utter gibberish. How do birds deal with bird flu? they don't - they die.

Because you said energy = friction + frequency

So if friction is reduced energy has to be reduced

So any friction reducing agent applied to the skin would reduce the energy

I know this is a bit inconvenient as it obviously doesn't work in practice, but you gave us the equation on this one
