Racism at Yorkshire CCC

Is it trendy now to deny cancel culture btw? And people saying stuff “isnt mutually exclusive” when i’m sure they dont actually know what that means.
No.

It's 'trendy' to accuse people of cancel culture, so you can excuse your own actions and the consequences of them. It's pretty much the same as a naughty child having a tantrum after his toys were taken off him.

Blimey. Sounds like a big clearout, although I wouldn't know whether 'all members of the coaching team' means a couple of people or 20...

Still, if this is what it takes to try and put their house in order then good luck to them. There is a rich mix of nationalities and quality players in Yorkshire and if they all feel they have an equal chance of making it then that's only a good thing.

Canny clearout

Weird given their investigation found that no disciplinary action against individuals was needed
It feels like its gone from one extreme to the other with how Yorkshire have handled this. Wouldnt be comfortable with people losing their jobs if they are totally innocent of any activity in relation to all this.

The likes of Moxon and Gale need to shoulder responsibility but potentially very unfair on other lower ranking coaches.

Lets not forget the captain of England has probably been around a lot of this culture of racism/bullying for a sustained period of time. But he's our best cricketer so we'd best avoid brining him into it.

16, I think

Moxon being off with 'stress' smacks of a coward hiding away from the limelight

Probably saves them from being relegated tbf.

Seems they want the "change" to be Gough as director of cricket (an unnecessary position anyway) and Anthony Mcgrath as coach, who were both there when Rafiq joined the club. Any optimism I had of perhaps getting a club I can get behind has fucked off pretty quickly
More white middle aged ex players in charge
