Still not over for them by a long way.
7 points to get out of relegation.
They have two easy games next.
They'll spend big in January.
Was it Palace that went 13 games without a win and still stayed up?
They have already played about 5 'easy games' and not won any of them.

Still have about 10 games v the top 7 sides left and a good few of them before the window opens. The next two are pivotal for them. Win them both and they are in the relegation battle, win one and lose one and they are probably fucked, Anything worse than that like two draws or a draw and a defeat then they are deader than the parrot in the Monty Python sketch.

They are going to have to get used to this. They loved to say they were everyones second favourite team.

The reality now is that for most people, they are everyones most hated team. It will take them a long time to compute but its clear that pretty much nobody outside of the NUFC fanbase see this as a good thing. I had a Cambridge fan tell me that he hoped they went down yesterday and that previously he never even bothered about the upper levels of the leagues. Decent people care about human rights.

They’ve not won in 13 games, Norwich’s form has picked up recently after Smith arrived and Burnley will scrap for every point. They’re winnable but not easy.

If anything the pressure is on the mags.

can they break the worst ever season.. theyre deff going for it
They’ve got 2 decent games coming up. Then 3 tough ones, then the FA cup iirc

Norwich are definitely a different side but I still think they’ll win that one. Burnley could be similar to Brighton, high score draw.

Burnley have drawn 3 in the last 5
Norwich are 10th on current form and were the better team against Wolves from the highlights I saw
The Al Qeada all stars are 18th on current form with 3 draws in the last 5

It wouldn't surprise if both the drawn games. If they are they are gone

I think failing to win at least 1 of these and theyre gone. Because who would they beat?

Thats where my money is if I'm a gambling man. Newcastle need to win, Norwich and Burnley want to win. But a draw is not the end of the world for them.

If Newcastle go all out attack and go one nil up on Tuesday, they'll defend that lead Bruce style. If Norwich equalise, they'll defend that, Norwich won't risk anything and it ends 1-1

Norwich score first, and Newcastle need to attack, which leaves them open at the back. If they equalise, do they go for it and risk a loss they can't afford, or defend a point?

I can see two draws and Newcastle fans claiming they'd have lost both under Bruce

Two draws and they're right in the clarts

As well as your post being absolute sh*te, you’re missing the point. At Bournemouth Howe was very well supported, including financially. It is unlikely they’d have been many clubs further down the pyramid where he could have done the same.

And admit it. Howe. It’s not the “name” you were expecting is it

And Clough sacked? He retired after a playing injury. He never managed Sunderland.
Brian Clough was manager of Sunderland youth team after he retired he was sacked when they realised he was not a yes men. When I was paper boy at Porters used to deliver his paper “Daily Mirror”
