I can't see that happening sadly. Or if they do, it probably won't be any of the big hitters that the money men will give a shit about.

If Germany, Brazil, England, France, Argentina and maybe a handful of others pulled out, that might make a difference, but not doubt Fifa would throw their toys out of the pram and ban them from further competitions or fine them or whatever.

Letting Qatar or Saudi Arabia host any kind of sporting event, even as far down as the WWE, is basically saying you're not arsed about what else is happening there. It's legitimising them.

Then they'd break away and start their own competition, FIFA would brick it if all the top nations did exactly that. Be a lot different to the champions league lot who would this time have the backing of pretty much all fans

If we're in L1 our games will still be on anyway, in which case I'm likely to care much less. I probably will still watch, zero desire to go over there for any games though. Whereas Euro 2024 in Germany I might go for a fortnight.

The reason that people are saying that they won't watch is because they're making a point that they won't be watching it, it's not too hard to grasp is it? I won't be watching it, trust me!

You think I'm not grasping what people are saying? One has just said he won't be watching, yet all he posts about is the f1, so theres a huge contradiction there.

Honestly use none of those anyway.

Less said about McDonald's the better, hate coke, dont drink lager ( real ale or Smith's drinker)

Plus no interest in Internationals as said and hate the middle east.

No, they're really not, you're just taking it that way. People are saying it because it's a political decision and once they mention it, it can stir up a discussion as to why they have made that decision and on a broader scale the atrocities which have taken place are highlighted, even if it's on a small scale platform like RTG

As we know football was f***ed years ago when it comes to morals.
As previous posters have said it needs the top countries to pull out and threaten their own tournament before anything will happen. And that will not happen.
It is two faced fighting for some issues and ignoring others. The fans around the world would back a ban and it would take back some of the game.
I do attend a decent % England games home and away. I will apply for Semi-final and final tickets for England only ( and i will get them because of my loyalty points, as i did for Russia) however i am v uncomfortable about it. Will i watch it yes, will i buy any mech no, will i boycott the products yes (that is easy to do).
The beautiful game it is not!

never understood it marra, if i am against something then i am against it because you simply cannot choose a right time to make a stand, but then, i have never been one to have my life controlled by money and i honestly do not think any of them going are in desperate need.
