Racism at Yorkshire CCC

The types of people that are and have been desperate to undermine him.
He has undermined himself .
The types of people that are and have been desperate to undermine him.

The types that as soon as they see a chance to undermine or discredit him are all over it like flies round shit.
What so a man who makes allegations of racism is proven to have racist views himself and you don’t see this as a problem ?

Don‘t condone what he said and he’s rightly apologised.
I just don’t thing this mitigates the institutional racism he suffered for nigh on 10 years, from many who have admitted how wrong they were. Some apologised and he’s accepted this apology

Basically Rafiq he has done his bit in bringing the racism to the worlds attention. The MCC are being held to account, YCCC are under new ownership who must make changes and loads of other players are coming forward making change necessary. It’s embarrassing for Rafiq as an individual but in some ways his work is done.

Doesn't matter. If you know it's derogatory why say it?
I could have a t-shirt which says I'm an arsehole on it but if someone was to call me one it would be different.
He cant be taken serious anymore

Hes crying because hes been racially abused but hes no angel himself

Something definitely needs to be done about the wider issue, of course

He can turn the tears off now though.

People in glass houses etc

1) Any racism needs to be dealt with, whenever it occured. It stands to reason though that that the response to a one off instance of racism a decade ago should not be the same as the response to repeat instances of systemic racism over that period. And in most justice systems, accepting wrong doing immediately tends to recieve a more lenient sentence than prevaricating for weeks and months at a time

2) It's very notable that there are certain posters who had nothing to say about racism this week, a week in which one of the most decisive and transparent exposes of racism within Britsh society in the 21st century has taken place, but seem very anxious over it today.

I wonder why that could be

Yes, it doesn’t matter to me if he’s the face of this new push.
As long as the likes of YCC and MCC are held to account I’m not fussed who the figurehead ( if one is even needed) is

It's so disappointing. I heard Rafiq's testimony the other day and thought we might have a figure to bring us out of the dark ages and help us to bring unity. It's sulleyed the whole thing for me.
