£164k for a semi detached in Sunderland is f***ing obscene like. Where is everyone getting the money from? Loads driving round in new BMWs even in council estates now.
I thought everyone had been furloughed the last 2 years?
With interest rates so low that's in the reach of many once they can dig up the deposit.

It will be interesting to see what the 5 bed detached houses go for in Lambton Park - the first phase of 5 bed terraced town houses are over £600k.

Yep they have no stock.. mates son worked in an age the over the summer while home from uni.. he had fuck all to do and was bored stuff.. ended up leafleting half the time
Ran me properties through Zoopla and very surprised at the guide prices.. doubt those would be achieved but bloody hell
