Youve just said there isnt a chance you will go down and thats because bruce is that bad of a manager
I never mentioned Bruce being that bad of a manager.
I simply think Bruce's position has become untenable.
Surely you want a longterm appointment in and show the fans ya mean business?
Absolutely but it's a new set of owners who have to crawl before they walk and before they run.
Not a defeatist attitude that you are scrapping to stay up after just 7 games
No defeatist attitude as of yet. Too early to say anything other than give simple opinions.

Maybe you never will but you never know what's around the corner in terms of takeovers. Just remember when you got in a saviour in Ellis Short. You were on a crest of a wave and even Newcastle fans were jealous.
Sorry but this is utter bollocks, the day Ellis Short became the majority shareholder of Sunderland it barely raised a headline in the local press let alone nationally.
Sunderland supporters were aware but the realities were that no one knew who he was, but due to the 2007/2008 financial credit crisis it was known that Drumaville were in all sorts of bother due to the amount of money certain members of that consortium had tied up in property which was quickly losing value.
Football ownership has always been a topic of concern for supporters but it only really gathered pace when Roman Abramovich purchased Chelsea and then Abu Dhabi United purchased Man City. Before those takeovers, City, Chelsea, Sunderland, Newcastle, Villa and a whole raft of similar sized clubs were level pegging (maybe not Chelsea who had started to rise under Matthew Harding) but you lot always thought that you deserved more. You've always had an air of self entitlement due to the smoke Sky blew up your arses during the early 90's despite never winning a thing. Well, you have that investment you were craving but f***ing hell it has come at some price. Give me League one football over having those fuckers in charge of my club any day of the week

I found this, which is helpful in some ways. Note the comments under "negotiating".

Decisions are made by the highest-ranking person.
You may need to compromise on a point if someone's dignity is at stake.
🤣🤣🤣🤣

History will show the likes of Downie to be no better than the likes of Thatcher when she was cosying up to Pinochet (who was nowhere near this mob) or the Editor of Time who named Hitler man of the year.
Or the likes of war criminals like Blair, sucking Bushes dick, and sending our servicemen to their death based on a dossier found on google.

Just saying....

He'll find we're generally nice people.
I am. I’d even warm the bucket of piss before I poured it over his head.
Are you on Twitter? Have you looked at the responses to Keith Downie's 'generally nice people' tweet and in particular the replies to SAFC fans questioning that statement?
Times like this I feel I’m missing out by not using it.
