What if Stewart Donald had bought you?
After all, the celebrating was because Ashley had gone, right?
 fair point. Although I doubt Donald could afford £305m. Didn't he buy you lot for a packet of fags and a £1 scratchcard? ;)
Mate, I'm not the one celebrating my club being owned by someone who is responsible for all those things happening.

I'm merely observing from the outside how your support is reacting to being owned by certain people. Its been very revealing tbf.
This is a circular argument, the fans (on the whole) aren't celebrating being owned by the Saudis specifically, they're celebrating being shot of Ashley and celebrating being owned by disgustingly wealthy people.

I don't recall saying they haven't.

I'm talking subjective morality where people are concerned in terms of what they use as their battering ram to argue a point from whilst being happy enough to forsake morals on other issues.
When it suits.
I think I'm ok with how I've worded it.
Well in that case you are incorrect. Maybe you could use Virtue signalling but not subjective morality. That obviously has an opposite i.e objective morality. You are trying to be clever and failing.

Spoke to a lad at work on the phone today, season ticket holder said he’s done with Newcastle now. Said he will start watching someone in the non league. Anyone know of anyone else or is he the only one with morals that strong?

I am correct as far as subjective morality goes because it's true. People only pull the moral card when it suits.
Objective is the opposite, so you're wrong in terms of what I'm getting at.
Never mind.

I've had a look, can't see where I said "no one". Help me out?

@Market Where? said,

You then celebrated in hundreds if not thousands once the state with pretty much the worst human rights record in the world bought you to deflect from their murderous ways.

You said, in direct reference to those people,

"You're taking the celebration of the takeover with celebrating who is taking us over."

No exceptions mentioned and, as I said, as usual speaking on behalf of thousands of people you don't know.

I know what your getting at but you are clearly wrong. You'll clearly argue black is white but I guess having to defend your club from now on means ignoring objectivity and logic will be required.

My second attempt to assist your illiteracy is that maybe what you mean is selective morality. I really shouldn't help you but you are exposing yourself as a bit thick.

I’ve heard that one maybe more of the Geordie Press Pack are reconsidering their stance. The name I got wasn’t George’s sadly.

Given he’s an ex Guardian journalist and his previous articles, it leads me to believe he hasn’t got any strength in his convictions.

Guarantee if he was writing on Sunderland there’s be outrage and something about Roker Park.

It’s really disappointing actually as his piece before the 2014 cup final was one of the best I’d read

Nope. I'm quite set on what I said. Subjective morality is what's going on with people.
