But surely you're either outraged about human rights issues in Saudi or you aren't? You can't suddenly flick a switch and say, now I am outraged because they've bought a club I don't even support anyway.

I maintain if that lot didn't have a pot to piss in nobody would be arsed and for all we know that may well be the case if the rumours are true about them having to borrow money to buy them in the first place.
Name another investment they have made that is purely to deflect from murdering kids, killing people for being gay and treating woman as lower than camels?

I've seen this all over twitter. "You're a hypocrite as you use twitter and pif have a stake in them".

A 4% minority stake in a social media platform, or a TV station isn't even close to being the same as an 80% majority controlling stake in a football club. Why do you find this hard to grasp?

They are free to invest in who they want on the stock market, as disgusting and repulsive as they are. They shouldn't be free to have a majority controlling stake in a football club that used to represent a community. Stop being so dense man.
There are people over there in Saudi jails being tortured for criticising on Twitter. Be harsh to describe them as hypocrites for using the platform!

They will never understand this.

Just like we divvent, I suppose.

Plenty of people are outraged, there were plenty of threads on the politics forum long before they bought Newcastle.

And there it goes.
The last claim that NUFC stood for something gone.

"more than club"
"It's in the lifeblood of the city"
"the heartbeat of the city"
"we bleed Black and white"
"the owner is merely a custodian, its our club"
"ya divvent understand"

You've gone from being a fan set that prided itself on the special nature of your relationship with the club being so different that "mere" football fans could not grasp it - to reducing your relationship with it to the bottom line - if a despotic regime that's killed 130,000 people in another country because 'they're the wrong type of Muslim' buys my club and spends some money and we win something I'll support them without question.
Nothing's changed with me.
I'm a fan of Newcastle united and have been for nearly 50 years through the good the bad and the ugly of it all. As long as the club continues, I'll still be the same fan and supporter.

What people use against me is their issue, not mine.

Not for me it wouldn’t. I don’t sell my soul that easily. You can try to wrap it any way you wish, but just sanding back and saying nothing for the promise of silverware is the property of the morally defunct.
I've said it many times over the years, I work for Aramco. They actually have paid for everything I have physically, do I agree with what happens within the country? Hell no.

But the hypocrisy is unreal on here, if you can't see it for what it is then I'm sorry.

If it was you're club, if it was Manchester United even the percentage of fans of either club that would be over the moon, would be extremely high. To say otherwise, well, is absolutely bullshit.

I assume now that you know you will now give up on everything you can find that you use, related to their investment....right?
This has been explained to you numerous times.
Maybe go back and read them 5 or 6 more times and it may get through to you.

When I use twitter or an uber I'm not cleansing the disgusting saudi regime.
This disgusting despot owns your club. He doesn't have a minority stake in it. He is the face of it. He isnt the face of twitter or uber.
I'm not happy that this disgusting regime buys shares in companies that I like. I'm certainly not happy uk companies sell arms to help your owner kill kids in Yemen.
But your fans f***ing celebrate that this tyrant is now the face and owner of your once proud Club.
#cans.
It's horrific and if you can't see the difference then shame on you.
Now stop writing the same 'whataboutery' bullshit. As said It's been explained several times. I've previously linked an article by Holt of the mail explaining it.
Here it is again. Read it for the 5th time and maybe you'll get it.

The fact that you choose to ignore it as you are so desperate to have Newcastle be a rich club with all this blood money says a lot about the type of person you are.
All nufc fans should be embarrassed about the last few days and your reaction to your new owner.

Support the team, not the regime.
Be excited about football in the next few years.
But don't spread this bullshit 'whataboutery' and make excuses for your vile owners. Just sit there and be quiet and put your head in the sand that you think MBS is a more fitfull owner and better for the club than MA.
Be ashamed.

911 was perpetrated by terrorists mate- not the Saudi sovereign wealth fund

Most Newcastle fans will be less than happy that it's the house of Saud buying us out- but there's nowt that can be done about it so well get on with supporting our team .

Did Sunderland fans kick up a stink when a confirmed facist who celebrated the funeral of a rw killer ( a terrorist involved in an atrocity in Bologna that killed 80 people ) ... was made their manager in 2013 ?

....One or two did maybe

But the vast majority thought fuck it - let's get right behind him ....

A PIF funded plane flew a murder squad into Turkey to dismantle and dispose of a journalist.

Tbh I don't know what investments they have made as I have zero interest in them, or their most recent investment. I'll just carry on following my team. Hopefully it's Promotion this year at last. If others want to let that lot up the road consume them, then that's up to them. We've got bigger goals to concentrate ourselves on.

No other clubs fans would have dressed up as Awabs in the numbers your retards did. Drinking alcohol whilst waving Saudi flags - if you work for Aramco the. You know what would happen to them in the Kingdom.

Sunderland supporters, during our bad times, were often trying to argue with Mags and flogging a dead horse.

How Ironic.

Newcastle have now combined the two things the owners and supporters are most famous for

Just out of interest, did you ever protest about Ashley’s ownership or did you defend him against fellow mags who gave him abuse for his evil ways?

I've never used a specific. It applies to everything to do with the very people you despise and take the moral high ground against.

And how much would a 4% stake be worth in a social media platform and TV station?
Why does money percentage need to come into it?
If it's invested in it comes under the same morals if people are using those investments, no matter how it's dressed up.

It makes no sense for yo to say that, unless you're simply trying to justify the stuff you use that is attributed to then, in any part.
I mean how do you even reply to that mess? A minority investment in a sociial media company / tv Station (no control how its run) is not comparable to a 80% controlling stake in a football club that used to represent your community.

Their minority twitter and Disney investments are not designed to sports wash their hideous regime. You are.

If you can't see the difference I cant help you im afraid. But any normal functioning human should be able to see the difference.
