As someone who lives and works in Newcastle and have some very left wing mates here.

I can absolutely assure you that every one of them who wanted in depth debates about my opinions on "SAFC having a fascist for a manager" and "SAFC having a player on the books charged with offences against minors" - ALL of them - without question, have gone incredibly quiet about the moral and ethical problems with the takeover.

Not having been exposed to NE media of late - what is the deal with her? Someone said she was disabled - what disability? She appears to have a deformed skull, but is there more to it, and is that a disablement in itself? Genuine question. It would be useful to know given how much grief she is going to get over the years on here.

It works both ways though. Both you and @mag in peace for example espouse values on the politics board (which I agree with) which are diametrically opposed to those of the Saudi regime but you seem more than happy to bin them off or turn a blind eye to welcome your new overlords as soon as a bit of cash is flashed.

Time will tell how this pans out.

The outrage will die down and eventually be forgotten about. I doubt any memes in football will speak up, they don’t want to get off the gravy train.

Neville usually has an opinion however that opinion is usually used to apease Sky Sports, Man Utd supporters or have a dig at Boris.
