I will be only be gutted the day they win something, which would have always been the case whoever owned them.

They will feel like they have won the lottery today but it takes alot more than that to be proven successful.
This, it could be another 50 years before they win anything

Morally destitute. A football club at the centre of a community placed into the hands of the Saudi's to sports wash a horrible country. All the perfumes of arabia will not sweeten this hand.

I bet you're glad you've moved to the Wirral at this point mind
As a fellow Wirralian I am glad I won’t need to interact bar a few coaches at kids footie this weekend.

My middle boy says it just makes him hate them more. The youngest could have been swayed when he was young to Liverpool but even wore his Sunderland kit to LFC academy - academy director told him it was the only non LFC kit he could get away with due to worr Jordan.

Everton survived in the shadow of Liverpool and we will also. Don‘t know a bad toffee but know dozens of tossers who say they support Liverpool. Parallels?

It’s the Middle East way.
So no actual evidence then, just generic statements. They're currently second bottom with a terrible squad, being relegated is their first issue. Staveley has talked of a budget of £250M over 5 years (that's everything not just player fees). City spent £2.4B in the 5 years ended 2020. I'm sure the CEO of PIF is tasked with growing the value of the fund rather than pissing billions up the wall in some far flung outpost of Northern England.

Steve Bruce telling the papers he's accepted he's as good as gone.

He'll leave a sly dig at us in some way
When it was first reported about Bein sports getting their money back I looked at the odds of Bruce to be the next manager to to be sacked it was 5/2 thought about lumping but didn’t 1/8 now

Not bitter though eh?
