Or more likely imagine they’ll make some class expensive signings in January, finish comfortable and kick on next season. Some will tell others not to go overboard but in my 34 years the mags have been nowt but lucky in terms football and they are jammy enough to just end up the new Man City.
How the heck have the mags been lucky in the last 34 years? They've won nowt and done nowt of note (bar throwing away a league title once).

It's staggering like. I'm seeing people who were going mental over #notallmen and rape just 7 days ago now fully backing a state where raped women are convicted of adultery.

People who have pronouns in their bio going mental over being owned by a state which punishes being gay.

The mags have completely lost their minds over this.

You’ve highlighted the problem in the last sentence. The thick fucks have next to no mind to begin with.

They're acting like they're gonna challenge for honours instantly, it'll be funny as fuck in 2 years time when they're still mid-table or in the Championship.

I’m a City fan, and in an absolute minority amongst us, but don’t like what the club has become - investment to compete is one thing, but winning because you have the best depth of quality is inevitable rather than achievement, and ultimately hollow.

Saudi Arabia are replacing Newcastle United, not investing in it. Any success belongs to them, and the fans are just along for the ride. They’ll probably bribe the local council like our owners have and secure land deals at shamelessly discounted rates, and their fans will lap it up like ours do because they’re so deprived of ‘success’; morality is soon abandoned by the desperate with dubious promises of prosperity

Hopefully the Super League does go ahead, allowing the remaining proper clubs to compete and legitimately have a chance of winning or qualifying for Europe without the sugar daddy clubs creating an elite league within the Premier League.

I’m already picturing wraithy visiting Heaton mosque in a toon top. About the only thing that would end my support for the club is a militant Muslim owning the club. At least it will be funny the protests outside their games

I suppose the bitterness on here is natural about a takeover of this size. Personally, if it was us, whilst having reservations about the part owners, I would be over the moon. We should concentrate on our club, we have a decent manager and squad and should go up at the end of the season and then it's the next stage to where we should be, in the PL. Let them get on with it up the road.
You're not fooling anybody mate, don't be another johnna, we all know you're a mag. Even coming on here to take the piss is better than this pretend mackem crack, especially when it's so obvious.

It's alright suddenly having a shit load of money to spend, but it doesn't mean it will be spent well. Theres an abundance of players who's ability don't match up to their transfer fees and its getting worse with every passing season.

Theres also the question of how Newcastle competes with the very top clubs when they don't have the stature or location?....they'll end up spending a kings ransom on fees and salaries for a marquee signing, who won't cut it in the Premier League.

I can't see there being much of a difference between a lot of recent clubs who've spent fortunes and got very little out of it, but at least they can stop f#cking moaning about Fat Mike.

How imminent is it, ours was imminent and still took about 18 month and then it wasn't what was first mentioned.

I don't care what anyone says, at least 90% of Sunderland fans would welcome a takeover involving PIF. To deny that is insane.

Not me mate. Fuck them and fuck that. Season ticket would be right in the bin. What's the point in going when you know any happiness you have has blood money behind it?
He's a proper sycophant that fucker

Never noticed him before today. He's f***ing horrific like.
