Thats exactly what I mean. The likes of Chelsea and Man City are totally different beasts to when Keegan blew the title then. Even with their impending new found wealth, they'll find it a lot harder now to attract players to get them into the battle for a CL place, let alone the league title.

There's a lot of water to go under the bridge on this however if it does happen I don't think it will be anything like they're expecting. They are despised for even wanting it. The majority of them are in for a nasty surprise. I hope there's national outrage at letting these murdering bastards anywhere our game.
