It wouldn't take much to get rid of those flaws, and lose nothing on the narrative they are spinning.
Just do a preview to hardcore F1 fans. Ignore their comments on storyline, just use the ones on continuity.
So fake it is unreal. An episode features a random driver from the Taki Inoue team, and whilst a battle ensues at the front of the grid the added commentary completely ignores it and remarks away in a bad Alan Parry way about the young Richardo 'Tosser' Rosset gaining a place up to 30th.
And breathe.

I met him at Silverstone 2 years ago very briefly but he was very pleasant and genuine. He can do that massive smile on demand as well

I have no idea why people take DTS so seriously. Especially the drivers themselves!
Its "entry level" sports-entertainment. It really isn't for real F1 fans. Save for a couple of interviews, and some behind the scenes shots, there's no really much in it.

The Abiteboul Horner handbags was entertaining while it lasted and I ended up rooting for Horner due to Abiteboul seeming so out of his depth.Yep. It’s mainly designed to get fans interested in the sport rather than for people who are already fans but some of it is quite interesting. Think next series with Imola this year and George and Valtteri will be quite eye opening.
Now that Abiteboul has gone it's made Horner seem even more annoying!

All the double and triple headers last year and a half get you used to them happening too often. Glad not to be writing yet another saturday and sunday off for quali and race.
