Sunderland Deaf Club

We used to get in there roker park days when few others did.

Become a bit too popular and hence attracts a few knackers since the sol opened.

Will Hoy a few quid in.

Only been in a handful of times but always enjoyed it.

Do they not have insurance that would cover the damage though?

If the building was vacant and the heat was off causing the pipes to burst then no coverage is afforded here in US. If the heat was on and an outside occurrence caused it to fail, loss of electricity, loss of gas service as examples, then coverage is afforded. Frozen hose bibs are a common occurrence here in the NE and they are always covered if the property is occupied. Insured needs to show that they attempted to prevent and or mitigate damage.
I did some insurance adjusting in the past.

A knock on effect of it being shut is that there is only really the museum and the victory club along there now which now are both absolutely rammed and have massive queues. We've said for the next game we're going to bypass along there and stay over the city centre a bit longer.

Is there a bar in the museum?
