Save Seaburn

Sandbrook Meadows sold out.
They won't sell the objectors told us. There's not enough 'executives' in Sunderland apparently. Good job those of us with the vision were able to help to support this and look at the benefits we said it would bring. Seaburn and SR6 on the up and rising all the time.

I've missed the last few posts on this thread until today. So one of the objectors to the site caused some damage and was caught on CCTV but one of the other objectors is taking the blame for it. And that objector, despite objecting, actually wanted to buy one of the houses? Or a meringue?

End of side cliff one set. Getting a yellow box to iirc. Going to be three sets along front.
Didn’t know that. They keep moving the sign that tells you how fast you’re going as well. Was on station road, got moved to Fulwell road and has now gone from there. Local councillors love wasting council cash by the look of it.

Aye that’s what I got. Stuff with traffic lights too.

Curious about this, like. Does the proposed bike lane run along the sea-side of the front road or what?
There's certainly a bit more room on that side, unless they reconfigure the whole of Whitburn Road!
Although I'm a champion for keeping a bit fit and saving the environment n that, I really don't think a bike lane along the front is warranted.
Sounds more like a project from the council to look up-to-date with extra green credentials and brownie points from the green party.

Why the hell do you need traffic lights at end of side cliff road
Sc is obsessed with them
That new cluster beside b and q actually obliterates the view to qa bridge there’s that many
Create more pollution all the stopping and starting
