Wrestling - Part 3

Kicking ruins wrestling.
The whole point of "no punching" was that you cannot retain believe of the match if someone punches someone in the head a few times. But kicks are more powerful than punches, and apparently that's fine?

And since I stopped watching regularly, kicking became more and more prevalent, along with the stupid leg slapping.

Fuck, I sound like Cornett.

Times have changed marra for better or worse, faster pace matches come with caveats and you kind of have to just accept it. Although leg slapping has been around for years and years.

more like watching the kids dance gymnastics these days. Back in the 80s the hair arsed roided up apes at least looked like they would kill you.

Aye, but it was one or two kicks per match.
Now it sounds like you're at the seal enclosure at SeaWorld.
First time I noticed it was Low Ki in TNA. I guess it was the strong style being brought the US.

Faster pace is great, and you do have to get used to a reduction in selling to allow that pace to keep up. But you don't have to totally ruin the illusion.

I don’t mind leg slapping for a big move but when it’s every kick it’s ridiculous.

I see Goldberg is coming back again 😂 Christ I wish they’d just focus on building there own talent instead of bringing back part timers who have been finished for years, Cena is coming back too apparently.
.
Impact just botched the end of there ppv by cutting off the show to early, which had the biggest angle in years for them, Jay White turning up from New Japan 😂😂 fuck sake impact.

Bringing ex-elite main event veterans past theirs years, botching shows by cutting the ending early..In both cases you could be talking about WCW.
