They reckon if England win on Sunday it'll bury the takeover story.

f***ing Batshit these lot like 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The comments man....

On the other hand, if England win, and Boris does some grandstanding as he is prone to do, what better combination to unfurl than the England win and the NUFC takeover completed. Its win win for him IMHO. Why? Put pressure on the P.L to pass the deal, then claim the incoming prosperity for the North East and boost the vote count. The P.L can rightfully state the dynamics have changed in the last 18 months between them and Qatar and the piracy issue has been resolved. The club ownership should be resolved by whatever means necessary to avoid further delays and investigation into the corruption inside the P.L, I'm sure they would acquiesce in this instance rather than prolong in depth investigation and legal action. So in this improbable scenario, everyone wins, even the P.L but not as much as they wanted.

As usual they conveniently ignore the statement from the Saudis about "not commercially viable"

It's pure Poetry. The way it'll go is Mike will get a bung and business as usual. Mandys just fishing for her commission...and she's not very good at this lark. I hope the PL Dock them points. They're making a very powerful enemy. It's hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is part of the issue - there is no regulation.

Nutter. "Prosperity of the NE" how desperate are they?

Thought it was about all that investment in the reeejan. You know the investment they could put in without taking on a football club. Not about Sportswashing or diverting attention away from an absolutely appalling human rights record, executing gays, woman's rights or murdering journalists? But no...regulation & transparency it is. Wake up man ya nugget

It changes all the time depending on the narrative

They are already doing this to a lesser extent though - The Reubens continue to buy and develop property.

It's a business opportunity for KSA , one they don't need to make money so of course they won't be.

Be as insulting as you want mate, your failure to look past the bias is letting the EPL get away with whatever it wants. They nearly passed the ESL for example.

They are asking for the process to be transparent, not for it to be waved through - don't really get why anyone would be against that tbh. Greater transparency may have stopped plebs like Donald taking clubs like yours and everything that resulted from that.

I'm not being insulting at all. You need to get past all this investment in the region shite. And that the new narrative is transparency. If this was any other club bar Newcastle you'd be calling them murdering bastards like every sane supporter in the country. You should be f***ing ashamed of yourselves.

They want it to be transparent in the hope that they can mobilise other fans (and clubs) to their cause and push this through.

Actually most other fans don't give a toss about Newcastle any more.

What is the arbitration to determine? Why it wasn’t allowed to go through or if Ashley is due compo? Is the issue that the premier league have asked unanswered questions like can you provide evidence that the PIF fund is not ran by Bin Salman or that they’ve stolen tv rights? I can see why the premier league can say they haven’t rejected it. Simply by saying it hasn’t as they are waiting for answers and Mandy et all haven’t provided them. All a bit odd the whole situation. The mags just want to be man city at any cost

I think if you could even be arsed to look that I have absolutely said that in the past. Never once have I actually said anything else. It doesn't fit your narrative though because you aren't actually after dialogue.
