What is the quickest sequel release for a film?

Not sure how accurate this is, but apparently The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets Nest was the fastest with only 72 days between that and The Girl Who Played With Fire.
Next it's Matrix Revolutions which arrived 174 days after Reloaded,
Back To The Future 3 came 184 days after part 2, and Kill Bill 2 arrived 189 days after the first.

Beat me to it.

Back to the future 2+3 came out quite quick I think.
I’m sure they filmed them all at the same time.
I think they must have because I remember watching Part 2 at the Pictures and when it finished they had the trailer up for Part 3 with snippets of the that filum.
No idea of that is correct I remember back to the future now, didn't they trailer three at the end of two
 Note to self, must read thread first.

Wasn’t the girl ‘films’ actually tv shows in their native Sweden?

Salting the Battlefield, the sequel to Turks & Caicos. Though probably helped by them being tv films rather than cinema releases.
