A manager can make a hell of a difference. Against Peterborough we shifted to a 4 4 2 and lumped it all game with no success. Against Charlton we randomly shifted Power to CB. I won't criticise the starting line up today, however the last two games have ended in random players playing in random positions all over the park. I couldn't tell you the formation. It's absolute no coincidence therefore we look a f***ing mess.
