i think comment will always be fine - its the manner in which it is delivered that is the issue and remember Roger is responsible for the content of this board. As he has explained, this place needs advertising revenue to thrive so its in all our interests to make sure that revenue is not threatened by what we post.

Yep. Personally I think most stuff that doesn't potentially have legal repercussions is OK. I'd hate to see it become an antiseptic 'safe space' where absolutely everything had to be run through a filter. Life just isn't like that.
