Nice first knock of the year at the filly up at close house.

Few holes to get rhythm then okay...touch around greens a bit rusty.

4/5 fairways not really recovered from getting hacked to fuckery in December.

First round tonight at Whitburn after lockdown.
Started with a cracking par on the first (birdie putt lipped out) , and thought “I’ve got this cracked”.
Then promptly carded a 7 on the par 3 2nd!

Played Seaham today had 30 points playing off 8. 1st time out this year.
Well happy with my driving and putting but short game around the greens was poor.
Greens were awful thought the course would of been in better nick.

Throughly enjoyed being back on there this afternoon on the C & D course at knotty hill. Weather was spot on, decent golf considering first round in about 6 months and finished the round in under 4 hour's. Feeling it now mind, I'm fucked ha

2 points is a (nett) par, so anything over 36 is considered an excellent round, 50 points is being a bandit.
