Its us who should be much more worried about playing you surely!?! Personally I would be shitting myself. You don’t want to play them next season so you want them to stay up? Grow a pair of knackers ffs![]()
Well it makes my reply daft but i can handle thatSorry lads and lasses, didn't see the existing thread, so I've merged them into this unholy mess.
I've given myself a warning.
Will he? No guarantee of that. Thrice bitten and all that.If you are relegated he will have to spend again. Yes he may not have learnt but you going to need someone who will spend and he will

Way overdueSorry lads and lasses, didn't see the existing thread, so I've merged them into this unholy mess.

Decent film that aswell
Exactly. I’d hate to be in the same league they’d probably win if I’m honest.Unfortunately this. Although if we go up I'm not sure how much I would like them in the same league next season. Ashley will throw money at the problem to protect his investment. I would probably rather they did shit in the premier League for decades while loading themselves up with players of ndongs ability and work ethic on massive wages so when they do drop they are like what we were
That's exactly what the gaffer said.Way overdue![]()
All he'd need to do to have a PL side, bringing in £100m+ every year, is appoint a good manager and leave the football up to him.
He's not even trying to do that though. Hughton would have kept us up, Benitez was taking us in the right direction and for all the former ceded too much power to the players and the latter wanted more control over how the money is spent, if all Ashley wants is a top flight side surely those two things aren't massively important to him?Isn't football so wonderfully simple. Amazed every other club in the country haven't figured that strategy out.

Instead he's given the job to Keegan (you can only think he was trying to get the fans on side), Kinnear, Shearer, Hughton, Pardew, Carver, McClaren, Benitez and Bruce. When decent managers fall in his lap he quickly falls out with them and goes to the who's who of shit English managers. At least other clubs have tried to find a domestic up-and-comer, or someone from the continent who's impressing.
"Reminder"you're saved - I'm beyond knowing if it's one of ours taking the piss or the Benwell Badly Spelled Bedsheet Brigade have just gone digital
