Exactumndo. I never thought id say it, but roker to whitburn by next year will be as good a night out in newcastle or tynemouth. Quality city on an estuary and ocean, newcastle cant say that. KLD networking with super rich investors and youngins coming through acedemy to lead england to glory while mags reminisce over 90s wallsend club
I would imagine that the investment in the area as a whole was a major factor in KLD buying us.
 
They are like us in 2012 but with a rotting stadium and terrible training facilities. With the death of the city centre no players will bat an eyelid at them. If they go down they will stay down.
they won't plummet like we did. Disgraceful.

The ground is decent. The city centre is as good as any other outside London. No idea what the training ground is like mind
