Bruce Springsteen

She's driven him to drink. Well seems he may have been doing the driving too.
Ironic considering how many times he's said she's saved his life :)

Hmmm not his best period.. Not into the archive releases neither.
Yeah those years don't touch '78 - '80 music and performance wise, buther backing vocals are still mint on the likes of "Out in the Street" and "One Step Up".

Fair enough about the Archive Series, okaying the project is in my top 5 things he's ever done.

New Archive Series release is the eighth night of the MSG stand they used to record Live in New York City: June 27th, 2000. Parts of "Thunder Road" and "If I Should Fall Behind" from this show were even used for the CD/DVD.

06/27/00 New York, NY

And a review as well: New from the Springsteen archive: June 27th, 2000 – New York, NY – Madison Square Garden
Crikey, it has 'Mary Queen of Arkansas' on. A toss-up for me between this and 'Queen of the Supermarket' for his worst song. I'm scared.

He sings it well on this. Along with Buffalo 2009 I've now heard more good versions of the song than bad ones

Love "Queen of the Supermarket" anarl

Don't see how anything can top "Real Man" in the 'Bad' category.
