I've said before they just want a foreign named manager in charge (any manager will do) because they think it makes their club more attractive..

They cant see that no one outside of the Newcastle area sees them as being relevant and that its desperation to want a "name" manager no matter how shit he is (Rafa)
 
Currently 7 points ahead of Fulham. Fulham are away to Burnley midweek and at the weekend Fulham are at home to Sheff Utd and Newcastle are away to Man Utd. Perfect storm Fulham could be a point behind by next weekend. Then factor into that their only goal threat in Callum Wilson is out for two months.

Surely its twitchy bum time?

They play Chelsea tomorrow as well don't they
 
They are safe, despite possibly being in the three worst teams. They have managed to get some very lucky wins at the right time to keep them out of range.

If they were 3 or 4 points above Fulham and West Brom then it could have been interesting.

All a lot of ifs, if Newcastle lose twice and Fulham win twice it's on anything less and it's highly unlikely

They could be 1 point ahead by next weekend. Fulham on this display are more than capable of beating Burnley and Sheff Utd
 
The bottom 3 are so poor, they won’t be sucked in whatsoever.
Had they dropped points as expected to Everton and whoever else it was recently, then they’d be worried.
Luckily for them, the bottom 3 are absolutely awful
