I live in Coventry and we’ve had an unusually large influx of seagulls. Saw two scrapping mid air over something big and they eventually dropped it. Could hear the “thunk” as it hit the ground about fifty yards away so went to check what it was, and found an almost intact rabbit! One of our Neighbours feeds the Seagulls with hot dogs etc, and there's Seagull shit all over the place and they're git dead noisy in the morning if you the windows open - very annoying. They're big fuckers so our cats not hard enough, they actually swoop for the cat

Just had a Fieldfare in the garden, never seen one before.
Just threw some grain mix down as I walked along the river.

I saw a gull knock a pigeon out of the air under Blackfriars Bridge in London, the pigeon was knocked into the river and the gull just landed next to it and swallowed it whole while it was still alive.
This is an interesting watchI saw a gull knock a pigeon out of the air under Blackfriars Bridge in London, the pigeon was knocked into the river and the gull just landed next to it and swallowed it whole while it was still alive.
Interesting, the one I saw swallowed the Pigeon whole so I'm guessing it was a Greater Black Backed Gull. It was in 1999 btw, 20 years before that film. This is an interesting watch
I think they are adapting to a plentiful food supplyInteresting, the one I saw swallowed the Pigeon whole so I'm guessing it was a Greater Black Backed Gull. It was in 1999 btw, 20 years before that film.
