Mackies corner area

I see that the thick twats at the council are having a Halloween Parade today - the 1st November.
A day late  , which is "All Saints Day".

I’m guessing it’s because it’s a Friday. Anyway is the Sunderland BID the council? Thought it was a separate organisation?

Think they do this sort of thing in the US.

Could this finally be happening?

Strip all the cladding off and there could be a canny building under there.

It's got s load of potential.

I’ve been trying to find an image of the building and sure I’ve seen one but don’t think it’s a particularly attract building front, assuming the original is still there. Saying that anything is better than over glad system that was put on.

Think it’s the arch fronted building on the left of this image?

called in the Fat Unicorn after my eye test the other day, to say i was disappointed is a understatement. They have hardly any stuff in

I’d agree sort of, when we’ve been in it’s always around 5 ish and not a lot in...what I’ve bought has been superb.
Apparantly they do have more stock in earlier but not one of those places that have loads and loads of full shelves.

Got some proper pancetta and some Suffolk chorizo and some fish cakes...all good

You wonder how anyone was ever given planning permission to put that cladding over the front of that building.
Unbelievable.
