You can get chilli flakes. I have them as well. Are hot pepper flakes the same as Cayenne pepper?
Cheers, I’ve got chilli flakes but it looked like a powder she used. Wasn’t sure if it was cayenne or chilli, they’ve got quite different tastes. You can get chilli flakes. I have them as well.
I prefer fresh chillies.
It’s odd how these topics create these divides, and I’m not entirely sure why... vegan as a word is like a red rag for some. Very odd...
Looks excellent, that’s this weekends curry sorted...

One of the benefits of being a vegan. It seems to really offend meat eaters for some reason, no one is taking their meat away so I’m not sure what their issue is.
B12 is essential and most meat eaters need it as well as deficency is across the popuation. I'm taking high doeses of vit d, vit c, zinc and K2 but more as they are meant to boost immune system and was more based off Joe Rogan/Rhonda Patrick.Do other vegans on here take any supplements? I take B12 and Omega 3. Get my bloods tested every few months - all spot on. Iron, diabetes levels, cholesterol, CRP etc.
They only produce milk "naturally" after someone or something has wanked off a bull then a farmer puts his hand up a cows arse to open her pelvis and then uses a massive syringe to insert the bulls semen into the cow and then her baby is taken away after a couple of days to be slaughtered for veal or to be used in the next batch of dairy cows.... if cows produce milk naturally then what's the problem with us making butter and cheese out of it?
Jesus, what a stereotype. That was the old manly Harry. The new vegan one probably doesn't have the strength to pick up a knife.
You can make any of his curries vegan, just sub the meat for chickpeas or a meat substitute. Maybe not the butter chicken one like!Didn't know he had one. Thanks, will take a look as I have quite a bit of his base stuff to use.
They certainly do, and for the most part it’s jumped up uneducated nonsense.Couldn't be arsed personally, it seems too limiting. Would probably just live on chips.
I think it's funny how much bile veggies and vegans get from some people.
He creates amazing work and not doing it for profit. Fuxking love him.B12 is essential and most meat eaters need it as well as deficency is across the popuation. Would recommend NutritionFacts.org | The Latest in Nutrition Related Research yes he is plant based but all his videos etc are research based and the how not to die and how not to diet books are excellent.
Sold in Singapore. Be a total gamer changer for the world if it works.Listened to an interesting interview today from a bloke who produces chicken from a single cell. No animals are killed obviously. He aims to get the cost down lower than cheap chicken in five years. If so I can se4e this changing the world.
This is why I chose vegan over veggie. They only produce milk "naturally" after someone or something has wanked off a bull then a farmer puts his hand up a cows arse to open her pelvis and then uses a massive syringe to insert the bulls semen into the cow and then her baby is taken away after a couple of days to be slaughtered for veal or to be used in the next batch of dairy cows.
All completely natural...
Has to be the future. Lab raised and ‘fake’ meats are definitely worth investing in to save the planet.Listened to an interesting interview today from a bloke who produces chicken from a single cell. Bill Gates seems to think so he a big investor in one of the main ones. Once the costs come down to comparable with meat it will be down to whether the big meat producing food companies move over I not even sure will be a customer choice if its gets to where taste and texture is the same.Has to be the future. I'd rather sit under the stairs and boil a pan of shite than commit to being a Vegan.I started out doing this, then had a fry up the other day. With 2 eggs
