its a win !
its almost like we've forgotten how to win a game, we look scared to shit if we are up with 20 mins left. maybe its because of the tactics of (lets face it) the last 3 seasons. we just go completely into our shell, sit back, and invite them on.....
this mindset has to be one of the 1st things lj changes

Okay. So we’re starting to learn stuff here. The 4-3-3 will work given time and we’ve got 8-9 of our immediate starting 11 looking okay. Need to add energy to midfield but we look like we’ve got decent options that will play themselves in in our front 3. Satisfied with that considering the manager has probably only had two or three training sessions.
 
We're OK for wide players (when they're fit) but it's defensive and central midfield where we are absolute shite. Too many backward or sideways passes when we're attacking and piss poor marking and tracking back when we're defending.

God that was depressing.

Not necessarily disagreeing there mind, however he’s here, he’s ours and maybe a new manager will find something there to build on

f***ing hell. A win against a 4th division side and I’m all giddy. Times have been lean haven’t they :lol:

Patterson and Diamond two of the better players. Who would have thought we had some youngsters worth blooding in the 3rd division. Shame most have gone
