Egg chasers of the SMB

RIP Cecil Duckworth.

A smashing bloke who invested a chunk of the money he made from selling his heating company to Bosch into Worcester, getting them to the top league, building a top quality stadium and setting up a foundation helping loads of worthy local causes.

No Sexton or Henshaw for Ireland this weekend. Disappointing really as want to see the best players playing against England. Conor Murray ended up at fly half for Ireland at the end of the Wales game.

Sorry if this the wrong area but has any of the rugby lovers read James Haskells - What a flanker book? I bought it for my Dad for Christmas on a wim as he is big into his rugby but i was wondering if it actually any good?

He’s a bit of a marmite character. He’s a lively and very intelligent bloke who had a varied career so it might be quite an interesting read. On the other hand it could also contain a lot of stories about GREAT BANTER so it would depend what sort of tolerance levels your Dad has for that sort of thing.

If you happen to overhear him saying he can’t stand Haskell, alternatives you could try would be:

Loose Head by Joe Marler
The Battle by Paul O’Connell
Paddy Mayne by Hamish Ross (this is a biography of an absolute headcase former Irish rugby player and British Lion from the 30s who went on to be a founder of the SAS - straight up one of the best biographies you’ll ever read but only partly about rugby)
No Borders - Playing Rugby For Ireland by Tom English
Beware of the Dog by Brian Moore

Pains me to say it but I like Hask.

I normally hate people who feel they have to fill every moment with talking as well.

Any ideas how I can watch lesser games here in Canada? The International stuff is fine, but if I want to watch say Bath v Newcastle tomorrow, where online could I watch it?

I don't know if they still have it, but a couple of years back Unibet streamed all the Premiership games if you had a fiver in your account. Could be worth looking at along with a VPN.

Alternatively, is there anyone with BT sport you could borrow a login from?
