I've heard hints that things were further along than the Guardian said. You don't get the kind of reportage we've seen there or in L'Équipe unless things are near completion. The idea that you'd get those kinds of announcements if DD was ongoing is farcical.

What a pile of shite. How on earth can they exempt the Championship when the last club to go into Administration were in that Division? And why do players still pay subs to the PFA when they have done nothing to resist this. Club wants to pay a player a good wage which they believe they can afford and the EFL says no.
