Sounds like you've read more than me mate so I really hope you're right. I'll be cautious until I see it play out though, because I can't understand why he would keep the other 2 on board when he could have bought them out.
Could he have bought them out? Their insistence at staying on and maintaining a stake seems to have been a condition to any sale. It’s seemingly why the FPP buy out failed.

Personally I’m not excited nor concerned as for me it’s all about competence rather than resource. I know some would argue that a 22 year old won’t have enough experience to be competent but there’s always exceptions and football’s so unique as a business that it’s seen plenty of otherwise successful people fail in ownership. I personally think we’ll need to see how they structure things and who they appoint to key roles before we can start to judge either way.

I must admit, whenever I hear Sartori talk about football it worries me as he seems a bit of a fantasist without much of a grip on reality similar to Donald. Mind you, I think Methven talks a brilliant game so maybe it doesn’t mean much.

What are the rules about loans from overseas clubs etc. in league 1/ Championship - Could we utilise the contacts in France and bring in some quality players (that are out of our price range purchase wise) without breaching the financial restrictions?

Excellent point, though I had the figure of 75% in my head. That could definitely be wrong though. If they can and don't, that would beg the question why? Awaiting GOMs answer.

Just had a look and i think it might be 90% of share value and 90% of the voting rights the shares? Should probably just wait for @Grumpy Old Man :D

The kids dad is credited with saving addidas a few years back. Cue a £100m a year kit deal coming in as a thank you.

As long as they don't design the f***ing tops. I'd rather we were paupers than have another deck chair top or another with stripes on the front and big block of red on the back

This is the most exciting thing about the news of the takeover IMO, there are some incredible links that this lads family has with Uber wealth

Here is his stepdad, for anyone who knows about Black Rock.....get the champagne out

Mr. Hildebrand is a Trustee of the British Museum,
He's going to stick the club in The British Museum!

We'll have to see on that one.

Alternatively, would you revise your view if none of them do?
Nope. Because the cash they scraped together from the sale of very promising children was spent on the likes of Jack Baldwin, De Bock, Lafferty and a host of other losers who were never gonna get us up. Every single football decision from them was wrong. I don’t care about their intentions - although frankly given their focus on solely the short term at the expense of the future of Safc they’re very much questionable. I care about their competence. Frankly they’re atrocious, dumb owners who’ve set us back years. League one is a piece of piss - and yet every year we’ve gone backwards. Fuck em.

So, between Sartori and Kyril, as well being billionaires in their own right will have direct family links to the Louis-Dreyfus Group (soon to be 45% owned by an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund). Kyril’s stepfather is vice chairman of Blackrock, the largest Asset Management company in the world (over $7 trillion on their books), he’s also an ex-head of the Swiss Central Bank. Juan’s FIL is an oligarch worth over $6 billion.

I think we be might okay for keeping the lifts operational under the new regime.
What about the trees though...?

We still have a fantastic stadium, fantastic training facilities, 1st class academy, Huge fan base, rich footballing tradition, 7th most successful club in English football, massive potential (as always). We are still a massive football club mate in the grand scheme of things, don't ever Lose sight of that
Couldn't agree more as a fan but looking at us without my red and white glasses on only the facilities would be of interest to a potential new manager and the state of the squad and how trigger happy we have been with managers since Bruce was sacked counts massively against us
