It's assuming no changes to Sartori's shareholding. It could just easily involve Sartori transferring his shares into a new consortium vehicle co-owned by him, K L-D and a couple of others, which would give:

Newco (for want of a better word), probably based somewhere like Luxembourg (see Joey Saputo's ownership structure for Bologna): 79%
Donald:15% (down from 74%)
Methven: 6% (unchanged)

This wold have the advantage of a single shareholder with more then 75% of the shares, giving total control of all shareholder resolutions.

Well that's the sort of thing I imagined. What I meant was had it been confirmed anywhere.

EDIT: Ie. that there were no other new shareholders.

What’s with the constant goading of fans? It’s fair for people to remain sceptical while Donald and Methvin are still at the club. Satori has been supposed to be getting more involved for over 2 years.
