However, you have said in a previous post that have redeemed your code to access the stream. Therefore you will not receive any refund. That was your choice. It was explained, fully in the email at beginning of season.

I am not denying the above statement fella I am however questioning it's validity in a legal sense!.... I will leave it like this until I get a response from the club.......

I don't think you'll have leg to stand on if you've used the code and still want a refund. The email explained the situation fully and simply.

Correct. The simple defence is that the choices (and their ramifications) were made clear, and this any season ticket holder will be assumed to have made an informed choice.
 
I took the option of the stream couldn’t get it to work missed the first game complained to the club told them I wanted out of the agreement and would download streams as and when I wanted them. I am doing this now streamed the second home game no problem

Why did you use the code? If you have read the email you would see that using the code meant you were no longer entitled to a refund.

Why would you think differently? Genuine question, as I'm baffled to why you think you could do that.

as i said when Charlie made that statement, we did not have Jim running the show, things change that came from Charlie my very good mate.
