First 'run' (if you can call it that) for a couple months today. Just jogging for 30 seconds and then walking for 30 seconds around my usual 5km route. Few twinges from the ankle but it felt stronger... Worse case if I'm stuck like this for good I can do the same thing for a marathon and finish it in 5 hours which I'd be happy with.
Managed only a second jog out and my ankle blew up again... The pain is in a completely different position but on the same ankle. One step forward and two back, it's incredibly frustrating. I'd settle long-term now for just being able to slowly jog without pain. Will need to give it more time and see the physio again.
