I seem to remember in the 90s they were all bulky as fuck but appear to be less so and more physically fit now.
I was always far more wary of the little fellas who would know a bit (and could catch you if you legged it).

Who was the gadgy back in the day with the false hand? Handy as fuck him, by all accounts.
Was one of my Karate instructors him. He was rough as fuck with us haha
Aye hahaha

Going back to IF, I regularly see his van parked at roadside between Ever Ready and Kip Hill when his numerous dogs are being exercised in a field.

some tough lads around in those days, some places a name was enough to stop trouble...remember setting me lip up to a couple in a nightclub in Houghton around early 1980's,got whalloped and hoyed from top of stairs to bottom...cant remember clubs name, but was upstairs..

Was upstairs you say - I'm nee Brian Cox like but I sort of worked that out when you got thrown them.

Mick’s alright..used to train in Fitness 2000 then opened that gym up Grangetown.
Yeah, he’s sound.

Used to train at Global when he had it, and funnily enough, I started training at Fitness 2000 last week and my first thought was, “this has exactly the same set up Global had.”
