What make of Jeans do you wear?

Denim originally came from France. The bales of cloth were labelled “de nimes”

From Nimes.

The Japanese took the product and ran with it. Oddly enough, the first major Japanese producer of denim was Toyota.

up until 3yrs ago always levis then i had a weekend away forgot to pack a pair ended up buying a pair of jeans from next & have bought next since

At the moment Hiut, Hawksmill, APC, Edwin and Livid are some of my very faves. Also got the GAP selvedge ones - not bad, good value. Got far too many pairs, need to get rid of some, taking up too much space.
What’s the hiut like mate ? Was tempted to go for a pair of the slim R but have a very poor success rate with buying jeans online !

Ralph Lauren.

Next pairs will be from that Welsh company...name escapes me...begins with H.

Anyway, shorts til November then hoy the cords on til March. Back into shorts.

Levis 501 still even though they're shite these days.

My first pair cost 32/6. Wore them in the bath for the first wash and you could stand them up on their own when they were dry. My mam was extremely upset at the blue dye in the bath!

I used to buy Wranglers sometimes but they require a slimmer body than the one I have these days.

I used to only wear Levi's, then found Paul Smith did a better cut and length, then Wrangler for some thicker denim then following recommendations on here got a few pairs of Nudie jeans
What are Paul Smith like durability wise? I like the look of them but they are top. End of my budget.
