Depends on who's involved. If it's Fuhrman and Sartori, I believe they've both gone through the fit and proper tests, so it would be more a case of checking the business plan, so it could be much shorter. It only takes much longer if there are doubts over the completeness and accuracy of the details provided, or that the buyers might be human rights abusing, copyright pirating, murderers.

I think we're probably at the point now where we can assume something is going to happen in the next 3 weeks.
