I dont think Greenwood was negotiated. I think it was the only case ofhis contract was up and he choose to move.
If correct we will have received the standard fee depending on his time here.
We will also recieve a payment from his transfer, maybe 3% or 1%.

The big frustration for me is that I’m cautiously optimistic about the people running recruitment right now. They’re doing a fairly decent job all told. Such a shame that they’re hamstrung by the failures of the ones who preceded them.
