They aren’t part of that consortium if that’s what you mean. They’ve no interest in buying us at market rate.

They’re involved in every deal because of their loan alone
 
Ive been let down a few times by the saga but finding out that fpp were purely going to use us to turn a profit, which likely would have meant minimal investment, is the worst of the lot.

You could say the same about Quinn for drumaville. Wasn’t his money but he brought them together and was the figurehead. Maybe he’s brought them together and they think he can achieve his plans (I’m sceptical for sure) so want him to act as the face of the group. He’s clearly good in front of the microphone. Maybe they think he’ll suit that role. If not he’s only got 15%
 
I'm not really paying that much attention to all this shit tbh I'm in the 'if it happens it happens ' camp because it's basically out of our control (or we could go on like the filth?) but what is the Rodwell connection, seen it mentioned a couple of times on the last few pages and just wondered?

Also Quinn was chairman for a bit, which is my point! In fact, he was chairman AND manager - which is something I can definitely see Storey going for.
 
If the EFL approved him you'd be seeing one of the biggest clubs in the history of the game doing a Bury. Given the recent EFL decisions I would not put it past them.

I'm really concerned actually. He is a charlatan and if this goes badly it could be the death of the club.

He comes across as a total nutcase. His behaviour today has been really odd and madly unprofessional. Imagine what it'll be like if he gets in charge.

If there are 4 wealthy backers behind the scenes, why on gods earth have they picked this tit to represent them? Makes no sense.

So why would Gray and co taking the club be an issue ? The ‘locusts’ will get their money either way - it’s a legal agreement. So if they aren’t involved in Grays consortium why not them instead of captain caveman ?

Storey was photographed at poetic license earlier on then 20 minutes later rodwell was photographed arriving there too.
