With all due respect, I understand you know about the other consortium and liked the look of it but given you've said you don't know much about Storey's bid be careful what you say about it. People are going to be hanging off your word from this point and start jumping off cliffs because they'll suspect you know more about it than you do. While the one you know about seems like a good setup, we dont actually know the setup of Storey's group so perhaps should refrain from commenting that you think we'll be worse off?

Given storey's track record he doesn't instill much confidence tbh.

If the other one is Mickey Gray's and considering the low key none disclosure of it, sounds more promising and professional tbh and hopefully decent bods with the financial clout.

Whether he was on the application or not it was his money that Donald "found down the back of the sofa"
Agreed, Sartori may have given SD money so SD could show the EFL he had enough to afford the purchase, but I don't think part of getting around the test, whether SD or Storey, is just pointing to people who may or may not be potential investors in the future - then they'd need to be included as guaranteed cash surely? That's what I was responding to - not whether Sartori gave him the money behind the scenes

Is Storey the former or latter mate?
Former.

Close the forum down then.

I dont disagree with any of that but given he's got privileged knowledge of one people may assume he has of the other as well and treat his opinion as fact. Whos to say the people involved with Storey arent even better than the likes of Gray? We know nothing at all about it. Its one thing to say that you don't know anything about the bid and if it is just him its a worry, its another to say you've got inside knowledge and one is promising and the other isnt.

Id give him a chance ..no one was moaning when donald bought in to safc and we know how that turned out .as if bleating on on a forum could prevent him buying into safc anyway i would welcome our biker overlord....

Well there is that possibility but again, going on his past track record (excuse the pun)
It seems highly unlikely.

I also don't think Donald would sell to a poor owner just for spite.
Of course that is a possibility too.
