Think you might be on to something there. Last time round with fpp nixon knew a lot about what was going on, if they knew how he was getting his info it would be easy to slip a line about sartori. Storey as well is providing a good distraction. I just find it odd how certain Barnes was on his info, he’s not daft and knows donald isnt always transparent yet he was clear and confident it would happen.

In my opinion sartori wont be interested but its likely somebody close to the club already and that isnt many options, but say it was fpp you could understand why they would want silence on the deal until its done given how it went last time.

I certainly believe he will ultimately sell. Just don’t think there’s a rush at this point.

He wanted to be the frontman and a very public chairman but that’s gone to shit. So my bet is he’s enjoying laying low and licking his wounds will still operating the club

because he wants a profit or at very least limit his losses. Thats only happening if we go up imo and he gets his price. He isn’t getting it in league 1

Yes it's not a big price for a club our size, or they will agree to pay less and Donald has to pay off the rest of the money he said he would pay off before a sale

I said before when Barnes first made the statement that it had came from Donald directly...Actually, it could only be from Donald has it was he who called to speak with Barnes after the fans group meeting. I also commented that if Donald had deliberately lead Barnes up the garden path he will crucify Donald in any future statements.. Barnes was/is the only local journo still onside with Donald and the Club and if shafted would say so.

The problem is there is nothing amazing about our club, other than the fans right now, I am very sorry to say.

There's lots of things, we are a one city club, if we were ever to become successful and win trophies the stadium would be over subscribed.

The downsides for us are we aren't anywhere near London and are a city of poverty and deprivation meaning you'd need to grow your income from abroad with good marketing, just like the mags really there's nothing stopping either of us be bought by someone who wants to polish a rough diamond but most billionaires want a club in London with lower fixed costs and much less pressure.
