Aye purely because archer can only be arsed when it suits him.

Get him dropped if he cant be arsed to put the effort in when the balls doing nout.

This. I’m all for Surrey having as few players in the England squad as possible, but he has to play from now tbh. Buttlers horrific with bat and gloves and Bairstows forgot how to defend a straight one, so no brainier for me. Even if foakes never made a run he’s a better keeper than the other two and neither of the others are making scores anyway
