Pubs in Silksworth and Surrounding Shut?

Aye but like I said earlier if he never got tested or showed symptoms no one would be the wiser and he would have gone on like this anyway. It’s no different to the blokes on here who say they are not wearing a mask in a shop. People agree with them, but if they said I have the virus and I’m not wearing a mask people would have a different outlook.
The point id dont f***ing go out if you have symptoms and are waiting results of a test

People with outdoor heaters are going to do well this winter. I've been in Poland during December and most bars have outdoor heating spaces, I can imagine been similar where you are?

If I go into town with the lads we sit outside, every bar has an outside space but tonight I walked out local to watch the cup final - sat at the bar but hand sanitizer on the way in and in the toilets, seats and tables are spaced but with table service being the norm its business as usual.

Maybe another subject, look this lad has pissed off alot of people, he should have stayed at home...but in the winter or when 'sniffley colds' are prevalant, is everybody going to isolate for that day or two and not go to work for any type of symptom before there test result comes back.

These type of situations will keep coming up.
Devils advocate.

A day or two seems ok to me as opposed to businesses closing and other people catching it!

Apparently the Cavalier and the Cricket Club(?) are definitely shut because of him. Was showing symptoms, was awaiting results and still went out. And some people are still advocating relying on the common sense approach when so many don't have a jot of it. What a f***ing cock, putting others at risk like that.
What a f***ing prick if true. Thundercnut

Assuming he was not out on his own, imagine being in his company and he just casually drops into the conversation that he has covid symptoms and is awaiting a test result.
If he's a pro footballer chances are he'll be knocking about with a bunch of bellends who think they're something special. Smarmy, sad c#nts who think they're better than anyone else because of their association to some minor celeb.

Even if he did let on he was waiting for a test, chances are they'll have laughed it off as he's a 'top lad' and it's all a bit of 'bantz'.

Factor in the possibility of some Columbian marching powder being involved and it'll have been a right old giggle for them.

He's a c#nt, but anyone he was out with who knew about it is equally as culpable.

Seems like it’s gonna be the under 25’s that’ll ruin it for everyone. I’m not exactly an old bloke myself (40’s) but from what I’ve seen with my own eyes plus what I’ve read on here and heard from others it looks like large amounts of the younger population don’t give a shit. A night out and an instagram pic of pint seem more important than anything.
Entitled.

I think it's probably true about the youth here....but also in other countries too? Get the impression the yank youngsters aren't taking it seriously

Might be Facebook nonsense but I’ve seen a few people mention that he brother had already been confirmed as having Covid too before he went out - I don’t think I’ll be in a pub for a long time tbh

He was out of order and there is no two ways about it. Unacceptable behaviour.
I know he is. But should they shut the pubs he was in? Because to me that reads they weren’t policing the rules. Bad form really. And how many of the people who attend these pubs are out now? Just a thought.

Thats what my mate told me who was in the Fleece last night. I wasn't gonna mention it but I suppose its out there now so yeah I believe that to be true.
*my mates isolating and got a test booked btw

Wouldnt like to be in his situation now like. If whats been said is true then best hope all social distancing was being observed and there is no cluster. See how this test and trace does.

Hate to break it to you but the majority of young people when they go out in groups, from different households, aren’t socially distancing when they get into bars and pubs.

Part of the reason its started spreading agaib but the deaths aren’t (yet).

That is a sweeping generalisation as far as I’m aware. I’m 29 and have been drinking and eating in lots of London ( where apparently everyone is a raging super spreader according to here ) bars and restaurants. Ive not seen anything like what you describe. Where have you seen that kind of behaviour when you’ve been out? Minority, perhaps, but majority, I don’t think so.
