As the quote and what I posted said, "covert group or organisation" "the organisation is Sunderland AFC/board)" and yes, a made up theory of someone lying is a conspiracy theory if the lie is to try and conspire against others, until it is proven at which point it isn't a theory any more, it's fact.

The idea that Donald lied about the 3 people talking to his daughter is a conspiracy theory, until it's proven that he lies and then it isn't. The theory is that the story of her daughter being approached is to try to undermine the fan base.

You may not like the term 'conspiracy theory' and to be fair, it's an incredibly loaded term nowadays as people jump to the moon landings or 9/11 truthers when they read it, but you originally brought up the idea of using the dictionary definition so...

listen I’m with you given some proper backing and good management we can be up there and should be with the best. But no one is gonna pay 37 mil and especially not now.

Think @Grumpy Old Man said nearer 29m PLUS the FPP loan would be nearer the mark. I may be wrong though
 
The fact we've already made one signing (albeit a free) should stop the discussions that this is a diversion tactic from SD regarding the transfer window. Likewise, it's not a diversion from the finances coming out.
There's a bid and it's being entertained - whether it goes through is a matter of the further discussions regarding the finances involved. Barnes' information is correct thus far.
