Hope the Premier League manage to wave any potential purchase of Leeds by QSI through without any of the recent shenanigans going on. Now that would be funny and could possibly be just enough to push that lot up the road over the edge.

Find myself constantly refreshing twitter to see the inevitable Paddy Power fan denial from the mags..... going to be epic

They're over the edge already... the edge is a dot in the distance.

Couldn't help but read one more bedtime story....

Comments are good too. One muppet is going to make a stand by cancelling Sky and BT, "Even though it will cost me to do so".
That'll show them wont it, pay off your contract early. Aye, they'll be reeling after that.....

Enjoy, and goodnight!
What I find so funny is the amount of mags on that thread and all the others I've read saying that they've finally finished with football and are cancelling their STs.
These are the same mags that would hammer us for our poor crowds next season, and yet we're playing in the third division and they're comfortably in the Premier league. f***ing hypocrits the lot of them.
🤣🤣🤣🤣

All mockery aside The premier league have came out really badly in all this mind, whatever the rights and wrongs of the takeover are they didn't even have the balls to reject it themselves, they have basically said we will delay forever if needed. Then you have teams like Liverpool and Spurs putting pressure on them to reject it, just shows how corrupt the whole debacle is and unless you are one of the top clubs you have no chance. They are also clearly in bed with Qatar. I get that people find it hilarious as its happened to Newcastle but it has just shown how corrupt the PL really is. Who as a fan really wants to be part of it unless you are one of the big teams with all the money.

He deffo looked like he was aboot ta bubble at one point.

A valiant effort to hold back the tears, just like Steve Bruce and the boys.

The best thing that can happen now is that Bruce goes on one of his inexplicable no tactics runs and puts them 5th at Christmas.

The mags will go into 'but but er boycoutt' meltdoon
Done nothing since signing Shearer in 96...but Ashley didn't take over for another 11 years? 🤔

Agree with this. I get you lot are loving it of course you are. But it has been handled really badly and the Prenier League do need to explain what happened at their end like.

is there proof that Spurs and Liverpool were complaining?

I got as far as
The dominant north west and London clubs with their media pals were never ever going to let a passionate home supported true northern one city club compete evenly with them, never mind dominate them.
and burst out laughing
