We're now not to be owned by a horrible regime (my stance of them has never changed), if they pulled out because they couldn't pass the test then fair enough on the PL for sticking to their guns, and Ashley clearly wants to sell. They are saying the deal was taking a long time but also that the world has changed shape since they entered negotiations, don't think they've called out the PL. Would be unprofessional and might hinder chances when they come in to buy Spurs or whoever.
