Im not 100% sure @Grumpy Old Man will be able to confirm but say sartori agrees to sell his shares they can force Charlie into selling his lot

Correct. If someone owns more than 90% of Madrox, they can buy out the minority shareholders for the same price they paid the others. If they buy Sunderland from Madrox, they'd be buying 100% of it anyway. The proceeds would then be divided between the Madrox shareholders once it repaid the loan.

Hype could mean anything, he could be just talking about that Storey fella. Although realistically, I think Chris is intimating that Donald is talking f***ing shit and it wouldn’t be the first either

That would make sense, I just thought if you owned less than 25% you can just be bought out, im sure there are plenty on here that know for definite
IIRC (Admittedly my memory is a little fuzzy) Not long after the FPP “takeover” was morphed into a loan Madrox Partners changed their company rules that would in theory make it easier for a share buyout for the company.

Speculation at the time was that it would make things easier for FPP to simply buy Madrox outright and own Sunderland that way.

Can anyone remember the details and if it meant that if Donald sold his 74% then the buyer could force Sartori and Methven to do likewise ?
